SECTION 1 – NO RETURN / NO REFUND / NO EXCHANGE
All sales made on Swastikraj are final.
Once an order is successfully placed and delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
SECTION 2 – CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are advised to carefully review product details, quantity, pricing, and shipping information before placing an order.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that the product is non-returnable and non-refundable.
SECTION 3 – DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT
In rare cases where a product is received in a physically damaged condition or a wrong item is delivered, customers must inform Swastikraj within 24 hours of delivery with proper photos or video proof.
Swastikraj reserves the right to verify the issue and decide the appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.
No monetary refunds will be issued in such cases.
SECTION 4 – NON-ELIGIBLE SCENARIOS
We will not entertain any request for return, refund, or exchange if:
• The product has been opened or used
• The complaint is raised after delivery
• Packaging, seal, or label is tampered with
• The product does not meet personal taste or expectations
